This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs: “For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction calling upon the respondents to show cause and to certify as to under what circumstances the matter relating to execution of Khas Mahal Building Lease in the name of the petitioner is lying pending since last several years, although on 28.3.2003 and 26.4.2003 (Annexure-3), recommendations have already been made for renewal of the lease deed in favour of this petitioner for a period of 30 years with effect from 23.11.1984, particularly when under similar circumstances and in respect of part of the same Khas Mahal leasehold property, lease deed has already been executed for a period of 30 years with effect from 16.1.1988 more so when the petitioner’s name has already been mutated in Khas Mahal Office and the petitioner has paid rent even uptil 2011.2012 and has been continuing in possession, but nonetheless the respondents are keeping the matter relating to

building Khas mahal lease pending and exchanging correspondences amongst them.”
3. One interlocutory application being I.A. No 11503 of 2022 has been filed with a prayer to withdraw this writ petition.
4. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the prayer made.
5. Accordingly, I.A. No 11503 of 2022 is hereby allowed. This writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
7. Pending Interlocutory application, if any, is closed.
