3. Since, the learned counsel for the petitioner has joined the State, notice was issued to the petitioner vide order dated 09.01.2023. As per the office note, delivery of notice has been confirmed on 23.01.2023. In spite of the service of notice to the petitioner to take steps for the disposal of the present case, no steps have been taken by the petitioner and consequently, nobody is appearing for the petitioner. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
