At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the final order in the departmental proceeding has already been passed and the same has also been challenged by the petitioner in another writ petition, being W.P.(S) No. 1817 of 2016, which stood dismissed on merit. Learned counsel, accordingly submits that now this writ petition has become infructuous.
In view of fair submissions of learned counsel for the respondents, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
