In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:-
“For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction, upon the Respondent No. 2 i.e. Miens Commissioner, Jharkhand, Ranchi to dispose of the revision application being Revision Case No. 47 of 2022 filed by the petitioner, pending since 11.10.2022.”
However, it is brought to our notice by the learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. Shailendra Kumar Singh that in the meantime the respondent No.2 – Mines Commissioner, Ranchi, has already considered and disposed of the Revision Case No.47 of 2022 on merits and hence, this writ petition has become infructuous which may be disposed of accordingly.
Ordered accordingly.
