Learned counsel for the petitioner, in course of hearing, would submit that the petitioner would like to withdraw this Public Interest Litigation with a liberty to file a fresh Public Interest Litigation with better particulars, especially complying the provision of Rules 4 and 5 of the Jharkhand High Court (Public Interest Litigation) Rules, 2010. A memo to that effect has been filed in the Court today which shall form part of the records.
In that view of the matter, this Writ Petition (Public Interest Litigation)
is allowed to be withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
There shall be no order as to costs.
