04/14.03.2023 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing order as contained in memo no. 1425 dated 13.06.2020 (Annexure-1 to the writ petition) passed by the Block Development Officer, Pratappur, Chatra (the respondent no. 4) whereby the petitioner has been removed from the post of Mukhiya of Chandrigovindpur Panchayat in Block- Pratappur, DistrictChatra by seizing his all power and responsibilities and Up-Mukhiya of the said Panchayat has been authorized to function in his place.
Mr. P.C. Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner, prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition.
Mr. Ashish Kumar, learned A.C. to S.C. (Mines)-I appearing on behalf of the respondents, has no objection to the same.
Considering the said prayer of the counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
