23/ 14.08.2023 On 31.01.2023, nobody has responded on behalf of the appellant as well as respondent in all these appeals, that’s why the matters were adjourned and directed to be listed on 01.02.2023. On 01.02.2023, when the matters were taken up, it was pointed out that the counsel Mr. Lalit Kumar Lall has left for his heavenly abode and in view of that the court has directed to issue notice upon the appellant so that the appellant may make an alternative arrangement. Again on 16.03.2023 when these matters were taken up, it has been pointed out that the notice upon the appellant has been served and in anticipation of appearance of the appellant the matters were again adjourned. On 07.08.2023, Mr. Samir Kumar Lall, learned counsel has submitted that he has filed the vakalatnama on behalf of the appellant and after filing of vakalatnama , these matters have been listed and by way of last indulgence, the matters were adjourned and directed to be listed on 14.08.2023.
