pointed out that family/dependency certificate was not executed in the office of the Anchal Adhikari but the Anchal Office, Mandu issued a family certificate in the name of Raju Hembram. She submits that the petitioner submitted representation before the Deputy Commissioner, Ramgarh explaining the situation with particulars of the payment in respect of the awardees justifying that he is not responsible for such alleged irregularities and illegalities in the matter of payment of compensation to the awardees. She submits that the petitioner was unnecessarily made an accused in the F.I.R.
