2. It has been informed by learned District & Addl. Sessions Judge-II, Giridih that the aforesaid case has been disposed of by his court and three accused persons, namely 1. Birju Yadav, 2.Mantu Yadav and 3. Ishwa Devi have been acquitted.
3. Under the circumstances, Mr. Ram Lakhan Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to withdraw this Criminal Revision No. 715 of 2017.
4. None appears for the State.
5. Thus, this criminal revision is dismissed as
withdrawn.
