05/04.07.2023 It appears from the report sent vide Letter No. 185 dated 27.06.2023 sent by Sri Manoranjan Kumar-II, learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gumla that two (2) witnesses out of (10) charge-sheeted witnesses have been examined so far.
In this view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Criminal Revision No. 1085 of 2018 with liberty to raise all the points at the appropriate stage before the learned Court below.
