2. Pursuant to the order of this Court, service report dated 6.11.22 has been received indicating therein that the sole petitioner has died on 01.11.2015 and the Xerox copy of the death certificate has also been annexed with the service report.
3. In view of the aforesaid fact and circumstance, the instant criminal revision application is hereby dismissed as abated.
4. Let a copy of this order be sent to the postal address of the petitioner and the lower court record be sent to the court concerned forthwith.
