2. Pursuant to the order of this Court, service report dated 16.10.2022 has been received indicating therein that all the petitioners have died and the Xerox copy of the death certificates have also been annexed with the service report.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners has also supported the said fact.
4. In view of the aforesaid fact and circumstance, the instant criminal revision application is hereby dismissed as abated.
5. Let a copy of this order be sent to the postal address of the petitioners and the lower court record be sent to the court concerned forthwith.
