2. Perused the report sent by Shri Prabhat Kumar Sharma, learned A.J.C.-XVIII-cum-Special Judge, PML Act, Ranchi vide Letter No. 168 dated 12.07.2023.

This Criminal Revision Application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner challenging the Order dated 11.06.2018 passed in Misc.Criminal ApplicationNo.612/2018in ECIR/02/Pat/09/AD(D), by which discharge petition filed under Section 227 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioner, has been rejected by the learned A.J.C.-XVIII-cum-Spl. Judge, P.M.L. Act, Ranchi.
4. From perusal of the report sent vide Letter No. 168 dated 12.07.2023 by Shri Prabhat Kumar Sharma, learned A.J.C.-XVIII-cum-Special Judge, P.M.L. Act, Ranchi, it appears that the case is fixed at the stage of prosecution evidence and till date seven witnesses out of 27 witnesses have been examined on behalf of the prosecution.

5. Thus, it is clear that the trial has commenced and the case is fixed for the stage of evidence and the prosecution has got examined seven witnesses so far.
6. Under the circumstances, this Criminal Revision Application No. 1376 of 2018 has become infructuous and thus, this Criminal Revision Application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
