Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case no.60 of 2021, corresponding to G.R. Case No.773 of 2021 registered under Sections 25(1-A), 24(1-B)a, 26, 26(ii), 35 of the Arms Act and section 17(i)(ii) of CLA Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. It is submitted that the petitioner has been named on the basis of confessional statement of three accused persons as mentioned in the FIR namely Jagarnath Ganjhu, Dilip Kumar Singh @ Chattan Jee and Ashok Ganjhu. It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner and the petitioner has not been found armed with on the spot. It is submitted that the co-accused-Ashok Ganjhu has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 24.11.2021 in B.A. No.10784 of 2021. It is submitted that other coaccused namely Dilip Kumar Singh @ Chattan Jee, Jitendra Munda, Kishun Ganjhu @ Samir Jee and Bhikhan Ganjhu @ Deepak Kumar have been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Benches of this Court in B.A. No.11629 of 2021 on 24.11.2021, B.A. No.16322 of 2021 on 09.02.2022, B.A. No.6536 of 2022 on 24.06.2022 and B.A. No.9726 of 2022 on 12.10.2022. It is submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 24.01.2023 i.e. for about six months and hence the petitioner may be enlarged on bail.

On the other hand, learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused namely Jagarnath Ganjhu and Dilip Kumar Singh @ Chattan Jee and Ashok Ganjhu. It is submitted that petitioner has got two criminal antecedents as is evident from the case diary and hence the Bail Application may be rejected.

Perused the FIR and the orders passed by Co-ordinate Bench and also by this Court.

It appears that the petitioner has been named in the FIR on the basis of confessional statement of three accused persons namely Jagarnath Ganjhu and Dilip Kumar Singh @ Chattan Jee and Ashok Ganjhu. It appears that the accused namely Jagarnath Ganjhu and Dilip Kumar Singh @ Chattan Jee have been granted bail by Coordinate Bench of this Court It appears that co-accused Ashok Ganjhu has been granted bail by this Court.

Considering the custody and on the facts and in the circumstances of this case, the petitioner namely Ravi Kumar Ram @ Dinesh Jee @ Ravi Ram @ Dinesh Ram @ Ram Jee is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra Tandwa P.S. Case no.60 of 2021, corresponding to G.R. Case No.773 of 2021, subject to the condition that one of the bailors must be own relative of the petitioner and the petitioner shall furnish his Mobile number and Aadhar Card before the court below and shall not leave the jurisdiction of Civil Court, without the prior permission of the learned court below.
