05/ 06.04.2023 This petition has been filed for a direction upon the respondent No. 6 to show cause as to why and under what circumstance, no action is being taken for recovery of money, which has been misappropriated by the named accused persons, in connection with Bistupur P.S. Case No. 365 of 2021, with a further direction to direct the respondent No. 4 to immediately and forthwith review and call for the action taken report in the matter, now the case is pending in the court of learned CJM, Jamshedpur.
It appears that the informant has filed a petition before the learned CJM, Jamshedpur, which was considered by the learned court and by order dated 16.06.2022, the learned court has held that at any time, the court should not interfere with the manner, in which, the investigation is going on, unless in case of any apparent anomaly and the investigating agency must be given the fair chance to investigate the matter in accordance with law. The learned court has also observed that the investigation must be expedited at the earliest, this court finds that the learned court has rightly passed the said order.
In view of the order of the learned court, no further direction is required to be passed by this court. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
