09/ 06.04.2023 Nobody has responded on behalf of the petitioner in spite of repeated calls. Learned A.P.P. for the State is present.
This petition has been filed for quashing of the orders dated 12.06.2009, 08.06.2010, 20.07.2012, 05.12.2012, 19.12.2012, 25.02.2013, 26.02.2014 and 26.03.2014, passed in connection with Complaint Case No. 271 of 2007, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chatra.
This petition was filed in the year 2014 itself and there is no stay in the matter. On 23.11.2020 and 19.01.2021, nobody had appeared for the petitioner and identical is the situation today also.
The status report is available on record, which suggests that the petitioner has been declared absconder and permanent warrant has already been issued against him.
In view of the above, this petition is dismissed.
