05/ 01.05.2023 It has been disclosed in para-11 of the petition that Government lands with regard to Plot Nos. 827, 830, 848, 863 and 866 have been illegally occupied and encroached by late Basist Choubey, son of late Sukhdeo Choubey. It has further been disclosed in para-12 of the

petition that with regard to constructing the mud road on the land, the communication to that effect has already been made by the Circle Officer to the Officer-in-Charge, Bhawnathpur Police Station stating therein that the lands of the petitioner have been illegally and forcefully converted into mud road with the help of JCB and Tractors by respondent Nos. 16 to 80, who are private respondents herein.
