Shrawan Ram Alias Sharwan Ram Vs the State of Jharkhand through Dig of Police

The present petition has been filed for direction upon the respondents to take appropriate steps against the accused persons in connection with Nagar Untari P.S. Case No. 101 of 2022, pending in the Court of learned ACJM, Nagar Untari, Garhwa.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been cheated by the accused persons and for that he has filed petition before the learned court which is still pending.

The photocopy of the said petition has been produced which is taken on record.

Considering that the petitioner has already filed petition before the learned court and the learned court is competent to decide the matter, accordingly, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pursue that petition before the learned court.
