05/16.03.2023 This petition has been filed for direction to the respondent authorities
to protect the life and liberty with dignity of the petitioner and his family members.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a social worker of locality and he is busy with social work which is being done in the interest of society. He further submits that the petitioner is getting threatening from the extremist group namely PLFI and for that he has also approached the concerned police.
Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner may approach the Senior Superintendent of Police, Ranchi by way of filing fresh representation, who will look into the matter and he will take care of that representation.
In view of the above facts, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Ranchi within a week. The Senior Superintendent of Police, Ranchi shall look into the representation and will decide the same, in accordance with law.
With the above observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
