Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Murhu P.S. Case No.80 of 2022 registered under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Heard the parties.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence.
It is further submitted that as per the allegation made in the FIR, the petitioner had not fired, rather it was the accomplice of the petitioner who had fired at the informant.
It is submitted that the co-accused person has already been enlarged on regular bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer.
Considering the submissions of learned counsel and the fact as discussed above, the bail application is allowed. Accordingly, the petitioner named above shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below.
