Heard both the sides.
The petitioner- Santu Kumar Kushuwaha is in custody since 26.10.2022 in connection with Lohardaga P.S. Case No. 252 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. No.02 of 2023 for the offence registered under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 and 35 of the Arms Act pending in the Court of C.J.M., Lohardaga.
It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been seized from the petitioner as the seizure was made from other co-accused persons.
Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for bail.
Under the circumstances, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
