ORAL ORDER

Mr. Rajeeva Sharma, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have filed a suit being Title Suit No. 02 of 2015 for the same property.
The order which is impugned in this petition is for seeking impleadment of party in Title Suit No. 03 of 2015 which is also for the same property.
In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the instant petition to make appropriate application before the appropriate court for redressal of their grievance.

In view thereof, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, accordingly, disposed of.
