04/01.03.2023 The applicants, who are in custody since 25.11.2022, has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with B.S. City P.S. Case No.279/2022, for the offence under Section 427 of IPC and Sections 25(1-B)a/ 26/ 35 of the Arms Act.

The applicants have been apprehended while travelling in Scorpio vehicle and two desi katta and some live cartridges has been recovered.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant(s) that complete set of F.I.R. alongwith its enclosure have been annexed with this bail application and there is no suppression on his/her part .

Innocence of the applicant has been claimed and undertaking has been given for participation in the trial. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that they are students having bright future. Further, the applicants have no criminal antecedent. On above basis, prayer for bail has been made.

Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the applicants.

Considering the above facts, I am inclined to enlarge the applicants on bail. Accordingly, the applicants are directed to be released on bail, on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.1^st Class, Bokaro in connection with B.S. City P.S. Case No.279/2022, subject to payment of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each to the Advocates' Association, Jharkhand High Court, Ranchi and on the condition that one of the bailors must be the father of these applicant. Further, the applicants will submit self-attested photocopy of their Aadhaar Card and also submit their mobile number before the learned court below which they will always keep active and will not change it during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
