This is an application for correcting a typographical error, which has crept inadvertently in the order dated 15.03.2023 passed in L.P.A. No. 50 of 2021.
In the said order at paragraph 8, the expression ‘W.P.(C)’ has been wrongly mentioned instead of ‘W.P.(S)’ and the year of the case is wrongly mentioned as ‘2918’ instead of ‘2019’.
This C.M.P. is allowed.
Let the correction in the 2nd line of paragraph-8 of the order be carried out and instead of (C), the expression (S) be substituted and at the 4th line of the said paragraph, the year of the case be corrected as ‘2019’ instead of ‘2918'.
