This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in a case registered under Sections 302, 120-B, 201, 341 of the Indian Penal Code in connection with SBG/GRPS Case No. 07 of 2020, corresponding to Railway G.R. Case No.19 of 2020, pending in the Court of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sahibganj.
After some argument, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners
seeks permission to withdraw this application.
