This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in a case registered under Sections 498-A, 341, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is ready to stay along with his wife (Opposite Party No.2) and the child and further the petitioner undertakes to keep them properly. However, the petitioner is paying the amount as per the compromise taken place at Mediation Centre.
Learned A.P.P. for the State as also the learned counsel appearing for the Opposite Party No.2 opposes the prayer for bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail in the event of his surrender/arrest within four weeks from today in connection with Pindrajora P.S. Case No. 20 of 2022 on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.20000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Bokaro, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
