Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Potka P.S. Case No. 01/2023, registered under Sections 290 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 47A of the Excise Act, pending in the Court of Ms. Kanchan Kumari, learned J.M.F.C., Jamshedpur.
80 liters of country made illicit liquor were recovered from the house of the petitioner Bharat Sardar whereas 60 liters of country made illicit liquor were recovered from the house of the Birendra Sardar.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on Anticipatory Bail. Accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
