After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Vikas Pandey seeks permission to file suit before the commercial court as the petitioner has document to establish that he has not been paid for the work done by him even though there was an agreement, as such, he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition.
Learned counsel for the respondents- State, Mr. Deepankar, AC to AG has no objection.
Accordingly, the instant Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to petitioner to raise the issue before the competent court of law for redressal of his grievance.
