Learned counsel for the petitioner- UOI, Mrs. Bakshi Vibha has submitted that final order has already been passed in Certificate Case No.08 (Misc.)/ 09-10, thus seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, so as to avail the legal remedy available under the law and time consumed in preferring this writ petition may be considered under Section 14 of the Limitation Act.
Learned counsel for the respondents-State, Mr. Anil Kumar Singh, AC to G.P.I has no objection.
Considering the same, the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
