After some argument, Mr. Kamdeo Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner, prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition with a liberty to take alternative recourse, seeking appropriate payment/refund from the respondents towards investment made by him for the work in question.
In view of the said prayer, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
