1. The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs: -
“for issuance of appropriate Writ or Writs, direction or directions, order or orders commanding the Respondents to reinstate the petitioners in their posts with all consequential benefits after quashing the Memo No. 22/legal/8-134/93, 1234 (22) Health Patna, dated 31-08-1998 issued by the Director in Chief, Health Services, Bihar, Patna whereby and where under the petitioners and others, all together 170 employees have been terminated from services who were working on their respective posts of Health Services in the District of Dumka because exactly similarly situated employees have been reinstated in service as per the order passed by the Hon’ble Patna High Court in CWJC NO. 6575/2009, followed by order passed by this Hon’ble High Court in W.P. (S) No. 628 of 2010, W.P. (S) No. 4275 of 2010 and W.P. (S) No. 5629 of 2010.”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner Ms. Rajni Singh, under instruction of Mr. P. K. Verma, Advocate on record, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent-State MR. Dhiraj Kumar has no objection to the prayer made.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
6. Pending interlocutory application, if any, is dismissed as not pressed.
