The present petition has been filed for modification of order dated 16.12.2015 passed in W.P.(S) No. 3606 of 2014 to the extent that the direction which given to respondent no. 1 to dispose of the representation of the writ petitioner by a reasoned order be given to the respondent no. 4 as the writ petitioner is not an employee of Respondent no. 1 -Bokaro Steel Limited.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the aforesaid circumstances, the order dated 16.12.2015 passed in W.P.(S) No. 3606 of 2014 may be appropriately modified.

6. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the order dated 16.12.2015 passed in W.P.(S) No. 3606 of 2014 is hereby modified to the extent that the writ petitioner has to file fresh representation before the Respondent no. 4 to the writ petition instead of Respondent no. 1.

7. With the aforesaid modification, the present civil miscellaneous petition is disposed of.
