The judgment dated 12th June 2018 passed in Original Suit No.671 of 2014 has been challenged by Nand Kishore Das in this First
Appeal.
“Mr. Uttam Kumar Das, the learned counsel appears and states that he has been instructed by Mr. Shailesh Kumar Singh, the learned counsel for the appellant to make a prayer for withdrawing the present First Appeal for the reason that the parties have amicably settled their dispute amongst themselves.
Mr. Suraj Singh, the learned counsel for the respondent, however, has stated that he has no instruction from the respondent in this regard. Post this matter on 9th November 2022 under the heading“For Orders”.
On or before 9th November 2022, the appellant shall file an affidavit, if there is a settlement arrived at between the parties. Mr. Suraj Singh, the learned counsel for the respondent shall also seek instruction in this regard.”
