1. The present criminal appeal has been filed for the following reliefs: -
“That the instant Criminal Appeal is directed against the impugned order of rejection of anticipatory bail dated 22.04.2019, passed by Sri Rizwan Ahmad, learned Addl. Sessions Judge-VII-cum Spl. Judge, SC/ST, Dhanbad, in M.C.A. (Miscellaneous Criminal Application) No. 660 of 2019 in connection with SC/ST Case No. 212/2018, arising out of C.P. Case No. 2287/2017 registered U/s 4,5,6 of SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989 and section 324/354/504/34 IPC and U/s 3(i)(x) of SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989, now pending in the court of Sri Rizwan Ahmad, learned Addl. Sessions Judge-VII-cum Spl. Judge, SC/ST, Dhanbad.”
2. Learned counsel for the appellant Mr. Sheo Kumar Singh under instruction of Raj Nandan Chatterjee, Advocate on record seeks permission to withdraw this criminal appeal.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent-State Mr. Sanjay Kumar Srivastava has no objection to the prayer made.
