Instant Cr.M.P. has been filed by the petitioner for quashing of the order dated 29.11.2019 passed by Special Judge, Vigilance, Ranchi in Vigilance Case No.52 of 2015 (Vigilance P.S. Case No.42 of 2015) whereby cognizance has been taken under Section 7/13(2) read with Section 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act and Section 201 of the Indian Penal Code.
By filing mention slip, it is informed that discharge petition has been dismissed and the same is challenged by the petitioner vide Cr. Revision No.724 of 2022 and as such the Cr.M.P. No.492 of 2020 has become infructuous.
Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as infructuous.
