view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic.
Mr. Nitish Krishna, the learned counsel for the petitioner
submits that he has been instructed by the Pairvikar of the petitioner that settlement has been arrieved between the petitioner and the O.P.No.2.
In view of such submission the petitioner is at liberty to
pursue the said settlement before the court below.
Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
