10/ 01.04.2022 Mr. Aditya Raman, learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that order of this Hon’ble Court dated 04.09.2019 passed in W.P.(S) No.3813 of 2019 has already been complied with and to that effect show cause notice has already been filed.
In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the opposite parties, no case for contempt is made out since the order of this Court has already been complied with. Accordingly, the contempt proceeding is dropped. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, he may file an application before the opposite parties, who shall consider the same and release the remaining amount, if not released till date.
