07/ 01.04.2022 Mrs. Nitika Agarwal, learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that order of this Hon’ble Court dated 26.08.2019 passed in W.P.(S) No.1162 of 2017 has already been complied with and to that effect show cause notice has already been filed.
In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the opposite parties, no case for contempt is made out since the order of this Court has already been complied with. Accordingly, the contempt proceeding is dropped.
