view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic.

behalf of the petitioner submits that they have taken decision in view of the order passed and the said order he will challenge before the appropriate forum.
In view of the reasoned order passed, the contempt proceeding is dropped and disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner that if he so advised, may take recourse under the law.
