/22.04.2022 This petition has been heard through Video Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic.

This petition has been filed for modification of order dated
05.10.2020 passed in W.P.(S) No.3827 of 2017.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the writ petition was allowed but inadvertently the order dated 07.08.2016 whereby termination order of the petitioner has not been quashed.
Mr. Pati, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent State submits that in terms of order passed by this Court, a decision has been taken whereby claim of the petitioner has been rejected and the rejection order has already been challenged by the petitioner by filing writ petition being W.P.(S) No.2857 of 2021.
In view of further development, considering that further order has already been challenged, it is open to the petitioner to take all the grounds in that newly filed writ petition.
With the aforesaid observation, this petition is disposed of.
