The petitioner is an accused in connection with Ghatshila P.S. Case No. 55 of 2022.
The house of Sheikh Samad was searched and bovine flesh was recovered. The petitioner and some others were trying to flee away but they were apprehended.
It appears that the main allegation has been levelled against Sheikh Samad and the implication of the petitioner appears to be only on account of his presence at the place of occurrence. The petitioner is in custody since 6.6.2022.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghatshila in connection with Ghatshila P.S. Case No. 55 of 2022.
