The petitioner is an accused in connection with S. T. No. 128 of 2022 arising out of Ichagarh P.S. Case No. 54 of 2021.
It has been alleged that a dead body of a female was found floating in the pond which was later on identified to be that of Jyoti Devi.
The petitioner was implicated on the confession of co-accused person namely, Khirod Machhua. The petitioner is in custody since 08.03.2022.
Regard being had to the manner of implication, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned District & Addl. Sessions Judge, Chandil in connection with S. T. No. 128 of 2022 arising out of Ichagarh P.S. Case No. 54 of 2021.
