The petitioners who are accused for the offence punishable under Sections 395 & 412 of IPC, are praying for grant of regular bail in connection with Siyaljori P.S. Case No. 48 of 2021, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro.
Heard the learned counsel for the parties and I have gone through the entire record including the impugned order.
It is alleged that seven miscreants entered into the factory premises and were trying to take away materials from the copper cable yard. The guard surrounded the yard, when some miscreants managed to flee but these petitioners were arrested from the spot.
Considering the fact that petitioners were arrested from the spot, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners’ stands rejected at this stage.
