The petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No.61 of 2021, corresponding to Cyber Crime Case No.82 of 2021, for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 66 (B), 66 ( C ), 66 (D) & 84 (C ) of the Information Technology Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Deoghar.
Bail application of this petitioner was earlier rejected in B.A. No.11950 of 2021 vide order dated 09.12.2021.
It is alleged that on 11.07.2021,petitioner was arrested by Deoghar Cyber Police and on search, several mobile phones and e-Gazettes were recovered from his possession.
During the course of investigation, it transpired that the petitioner had contacted several persons and solicited information about their bank accounts.
It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for about a year.
Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Deoghar, in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No.61 of 2021, corresponding to Cyber Crime Case No.82 of 2021.
