The anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of petitioner, who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1080 of 2021 for the offence registered under Sections 323, 504, 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the D.P. Act pending in the Court of Md. Danish, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1^st Class, Koderma, is pressed into motion.

As per the case of the complainant, the marriage was solemnized in the year 2015 and she peacefully stayed there for six months and then unlawful demands were made and she was subjected to cruelty in reference to it.

It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner that he is willing to keep the complainant but she is not willing to live with him because he is poor farmer. It is submitted that falsity of allegation will be apparent from the written report which she has filed before Officer-in-Charge, Mahila P.S., Koderma wherein demand of motorcycle was made but in the complaint petition, it is alleged that car is being demanded by this petitioner.

Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the submissions made, the anticipatory bail application is allowed. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to surrender before the learned Trial Court within a period of two weeks and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
