1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the State. 2. In spite of valid service of notice nobody has appeared on behalf of the informant/wife.

3. The applicant who is in custody since 13.07.2021 has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with S.T. Case No.290 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1902 of 2021 arising out of Ranka P.S. Case No.23 of 2021, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 313 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

4. Innocence has been claimed by the learned counsel for the applicant and it has been submitted that the charge has already been framed on 04.03.2022 and the applicant/husband undertakes to participate in the trial. On the above basis, the prayer for bail has been made.

5. Counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody, the applicant, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge V, Garhwa in connection with S.T. Case No.290 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1902 of 2021 arising out of Ranka P.S. Case No.23 of 2021, subject to condition that the applicant will submit self-attested photocopy of his Aadhaar Card and also submit his mobile number before the learned court below which he will always keep active and will not change it during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
