1. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned counsel for the State.
2. The applicants who are in custody since 07.04.2021 have approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No.37 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No.496 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 302, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It appears that the FIR has been lodged against one named and four unnamed persons.
4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicants that the applicants have been roped in the present case on the confessional statement of the co-accused. Further, it has been stated that except the confessional statement there is no other material connecting the applicant in this case. The applicant undertakes to participate in the trial. On the above basis, the prayer for bail has been made.
5. Counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. Considering the material available on record, the applicants, named above, are directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dumka in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No.37 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No.496 of 2018, subject to condition that the applicants will submit self-attested photocopies of their Aadhaar Card and also submit their mobile numbers before the learned court below which they will always keep active and will not change it during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
