Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 486/2021, arising out of Ratu P.S. Case No. 263/2021, registered under Sections 376(2)(n)/ 417/ 506 of the Indian Penal Code and chargesheet has been submitted under Sections 376(2)(n)/ 377/ 417/ 506 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of Sri Dinesh Kumar, learned A.J.C.-XV-Cum-FTC(CAW), Ranchi.
Learned Lawyer for the Informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
It is alleged that petitioner intoxicated the informant and established physical relationship with her, videographed the occurrence thereafter she was forced to submit herself for sexual assault.
