03/ 05.08.2022 . Apprehending his arrest, petitioner abovenamed has moved this Court for

grant of privilege of anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No.332 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 498A, 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3 /4 of the D. P. Act.

Heard the parties.

Perused the Mediation report whereby it appears mediation between the parties has been unsuccessful.

As per the case of the complainant marriage was solemnized in the year 2008 and after the marriage, she was subjected to cruelty in reference to the unlawful demand of Rs.1 Lac as dowry and thereafter she was ousted from her matrimonial home for which earlier one Complaint Case being C/1 Case No.100/2011 was lodged which was amicably settled and the said complaint case was disposed of in the year 2012. But the demand and harassment was renewed in the year 2018.

It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner that earlier on two occasions, compromise took place, but the complainant refused to abide by the terms of compromise for one reason or another.

Learned APP for the State assisted by learned counsel for the complainant has opposed the prayer.

Considering the submissions of learned counsel and the fact as discussed above, the anticipatory bail application is allowed. Hence, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of two weeks from the date of this order, the petitioner named above shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
