Heard the parties.
The petitioners have been made an accused in connection with Complaint Case No. 211 of 2022, for the offence under Sections 47 (a), (b) (c), (d), (e) and Section 55 of the Excise Act, pending in the court of Sri K. Lohara, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Garhwa.
On 07.02.2022, about 266 liters of liquor was recovered from the possession of these petitioners.
It was submitted that petitioners are in custody since 08.02.2022.
Regard being had to the facts of the case, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri K. Lohara, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Garhwa, or his successor, in connection with Complaint Case No. 211 of 2022.
